Room #4 – The Carousel Room

Located on the south side of the second floor, you are greeted by the whimsical, floppy horse sprawled in the middle of the burgundy floral quilt on the full size bed. There is also a twin bed and a connecting door to the Mother Goose Room. This room has an attached bath with a true claw-footed bathtub . . . plenty big enough for you and the bubbles!

You never know what you're getting into when you make plans to stay someplace from out of state…and this completely exceeded our expectations - what a pleasant and wonderful place we stumbled upon! Everything, really, everything was perfect. Thank you so much. We will see you again!

Today we hiked Estes Cone. A very difficult climb, but worth the view from about 11,000 ft. We were tired and dirty. We returned to our beautiful room, filled the tub with hot water and soaked our sore muscles. The breeze was gently blowing with the sounds of wind chimes in the background which both added to the relaxing atmosphere. This was our first vacation alone together in 3 years and the stay here was the most romantic and relaxing experience. Thanks so much; we hope to make this excursion again.

…a more picturesque cabin could not exist!!! I am completely charmed! I was curious as to what our accommodations would be like, not having been up here for some 20 yrs. Needless, to say, I was overwhelmed by the absolute charm of the place, delighted at the breakfast, and touched by the open friendliness and hospitality. I loved the informal atmosphere. Thank you,

This place is a little gem tucked away in the woods. We love the rustic feel of the logs, large breakfast tables, and animals. You've made it so easy for us to relax in your warm rooms decorated with fresh flowers. We will definitely be back.
